Mike Halkias is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, programming, networking, and IT services. In addition to his extensive technical background, Mike has spent over three decades as a volunteer EMT, driven by a deep passion for patient care and a commitment to supporting his community. 

As Chief Technology Officer, Mike blends his technical expertise with his firsthand experience in emergency medical services to design innovative solutions that improve both technology infrastructure and EMS operations. His dedication to enhancing patient outcomes and streamlining existing EMS systems was a key inspiration behind co-founding 3 Guys' Reality, a company focused on bridging the gap between technology and the critical needs of emergency responders. 

Mike’s unique perspective, combining technical knowledge with hands-on EMS experience, enables him to develop systems that are practical, secure, and tailored to the challenges faced by frontline providers. His mission is to empower responders with tools that enhance efficiency and ultimately save lives. 

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mike remains an active volunteer EMT, mentors aspiring professionals, and contributes to industry discussions at conferences and events.
