Mitchell Sheley, MD

Dr. Mitchell Sheley is the Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of 3 Guys Reality, a visionary initiative aimed at transforming prehospital care. A highly trained medical doctor, Dr. Sheley completed his emergency medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic and an EMS fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. Currently, he serves as the Emergency Department Chair and Trauma Director at Vernon Memorial Hospital and as the EMS Medical Director in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Passionate about improving prehospital care, Dr. Sheley is dedicated to advancing emergency medical services through innovative practices and leadership.
